It takes 30 minutes. We ask about your calls, enquiries, admin and payments, and put a dollar figure on where money is slipping away. You leave knowing your biggest leaks and what we would fix first. If there’s a clear return, we map out a blueprint and show you a working demo of the first fix. If there isn’t, we’ll tell you.
How much does it cost?
The audit is free. Every build is custom, so after the audit you get a fixed build fee and a monthly plan to run it. We price it against the money it recovers, and you see the payback period before you sign anything.
Is this just a chatbot?
No. A chatbot answers questions. We build systems that do the work: answer and book calls, follow up leads, chase invoices, prepare the books and report the numbers. All connected to the tools you already use.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
