Privacy policy
Last updated 30 October 2026.
Converta (“we”, “us”) is based on the Gold Coast, Queensland. This policy explains what personal information we collect through convertaweb.com, why, and what you can do about it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- What you tell us: your name, business name, email, mobile number, website and the answers you give in our booking form.
- Booking details: the time you choose and anything you add when booking through Calendly.
- How you use the site: pages visited, device and browser type, and how you arrived (for example which ad or search). This is collected with cookies and similar tools from Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta.
Why we collect it
- To organise and run your Revenue Leak Audit and contact you about it.
- To send you information you asked for, such as a proposal or demo.
- To understand which pages and ads bring in enquiries, so we spend our advertising better.
We don’t sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run the site: Formspree (form delivery), Calendly (scheduling), Google and Meta (analytics and advertising) and our web host. Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We only share what they need to provide their service.
Client data
Data we access while building or running systems for clients is covered by a separate written agreement with each client, not by this policy.
Your choices
- You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us.
- You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.
